BUSTING BLOCKS IS A BUST...

adelaide never crawled. she got around by scooting on her booty for a l-o-n-g time.
graham, on the other hand has been (army) crawling for the past few weeks.
in case he tries to brag about his "early" development when they are older i want to record the facts:

adelaide- it is true your brother's crawling skills far surpassed yours.
but tonight we discovered two things:
1) graham- your sister's block-knocking-down skills far surpassed yours.
2) my phone's video abilities have improved drastically in the past two years.

here is ADELAIDE's blockbuster taken at SIX MONTHS OLD:

and here is GRAHAM's blockbuster taken at ELEVEN months old:

oh grahamer-
tonight we could not stop laughing at the meticulous way you play with blocks.
you are going to be incredible at the game of jenga someday!

it is my joy to watch you two develop in your own ways, i love each detail of your personalities.

Ha! Demolition is just not his thing. :)

That is hilarious! There is no way a stack of blocks would last that long around Amelia. I build "towers" for her just to knock down and then cheer for her afterwards like she really accomplished something. She'll probably never know how to stack a block. She's definitely more like your Adelaide. :)

Graham is like the boys. I remember seeing Adeliade doing this and thinking, "The boys can't do that." But now...we build towers with everything-applesauce containers, coffee cans, juice boxes, pillows, and blocks. They just like to build. They leave the demo to the rest of my house! HA!
