LOVE IS...
second grade girls working as a team and filling bags of goodies to share love with others.
complimenting and encouraging one another as they pass out heart stickers resulting in "love pox."
cousin play time including the oldest grandchild happily holding the youngest grandchild.
LOVE IS...
a good old fashioned valentine box full of cards from friends.
sitting three across the middle row in the loaner car, sharing candy and laughs.
red-cheeked siblings worn out from a hot playground day.
LOVE IS...
getting a text from evan to be ready to leave the house at 6:20pm.
a surprise (and delicious) date to hunky dory, antidote, and driving along houstons streets i love.
zero pictures of said fun night, but laughter from it is still ringing in my ears.
LOVE IS...
opening homemade cards, treats, and playing girls versus boys rounds of guess who.
retaking family selfies since someone was offended to "always be left in the shadows."
a family dinner menu of noodles with red and white sauce, jello heart stackers, and fruit kabobs.
LOVE IS...
not taking for granted these creating, messy, full days.
happy heart day from the ones that teach me so much about LOVE every day.
