this month's dr. appt. went really well
the due date is still january 15th
(i love the sound of a mid-january birthday)
i am still not allowed to travel anywhere at christmas
(this does not stop me from double checking with
the dr. EVERY time i see him)
the dr. EVERY time i see him)
i have been waking up some with really
painful charlie horses in my right calf
painful charlie horses in my right calf
(i am definitely not complaining though, i feel so blessed
at how i am overall enjoying the day-to-day of being pregnant)
at how i am overall enjoying the day-to-day of being pregnant)
pre-pregnancy shirts are definitely off-limits now
(the baby belly hangs out and seems to wave to the world)
evan really thinks the baby is a girl
(he calls me and the belly his girls, even though we don't know)
i am so confused about what i think the baby is
(i am leaning towards boy though)
my students' votes are split on what think the baby is
(even 5 year-olds don't change their minds as much as me)
my belly button gets smaller by the day
(this weirds me out, and makes me giggle every time i look at it)
i have been overwhelmed with uncontrollable giggles
(even at things that i should not think are funny at all,
like our neighbors' missing cats,
speech impediments, and people falling)

speech impediments, and people falling)
it is 100 days til baby mc is due to arrive!
(that sounds so close and far away at the same time,
i LOVE this countdown!)
i LOVE this countdown!)

Eat a banana before you go to bed to help with the Charlie Horses. It is due to lack of potassium! I had them at night when I was pregnant to and then can hurt. YIKES!
You are a precious pregnant momma!

i LOVED this post. i am starting to feel my baby move every now and then...being pregnant is so amazing and fun!! hey, by the way, i won't be at homecoming afterall...our fall break is actually this coming weekend and i will be in abilene then. but will you be in abilene any for thanksgiving? i am determined to get a belly pic with you! (sans teenage pregnant girl billboard in the background.) :)
You are too cute! What a precious post and picture! This kid is going to have the greatest, sweetest and most fun parents! 100 days to go!!! Yahoo! I agree with the banana suggestion, I had leg cramps bad when I was PG with Zach, and that is what my doctor said too...eat more bananas! Can't wait to see you again...take good care of yourself!!! Love you girl!
Cute picture! I've been having some leg/foot cramps too...but only in my sleep. Weird...I guess I'll take the advice of others on the blog:)
Congrats on the 100 day mark! Doesn't it seem like it has flown by??
You are too cute!!! My oldest son's birthday is Jan. 5th. I love that January birthday. It's a perfect time to have a baby. What a great way to start a new year!!! I'm so happy for you.

awww...I love reading this! You are too cute. And, just for the record, I think it's a girl, too. :)
Everyone is so nice about the bananas...if they only knew.
Annalee- Hi! I've been reading your blog for awhile, but I think this is the first time I've commented. You are such an encouragement to me. You always were when I knew you in college, and reading your blog is almost as good as talking to you. I love how positive you are about everything and I REALLY love all the updates that you give us! I can't wait to be pregnant, just listening to you!

Such a cute post! Love the heart hands on the belly and super cute jammies! Can't wait to see y'all.
What a cute preggo belly! I have to agree with Evan, I say it's a girl too! Ok, maybe I just hope it is a girl so I can buy lots of frilly girl things for you! Loved the post!! 100 days to go...for real!?!?!
What a cute post! 100 days mark, wow!!
too cute! Pregnancy is so fun! (at times)
I definitely had the charlie horses! Cute post!
i just felt like a male besides your husband needed to leave a comment. That's all.
Oh, and I'm excited about the baby and think it's a girl.
charlie horses, right leg, me too! hmmm, i think I will try that banana thing, too.
Glad the bebe is doing well.
Hope to see you at homecoming.
I guess eating bananas isn't that great if they make you vomit. I heard you can substitute prunes for bananas, but as a teacher you are not always free to use the WC so I'll let you decide. Anyhow, I was most drawn to the part where you said you giggle at inappropriate times. How awkward! I can totally picture you giggling at someone's speech impediment and then being so embarrassed, yet unable to stop. Reminds me of Austin Powers with the mole. "Mole-ay, mole-ay, mole-ay"
Wow-100 days left until you get to meet your baby! How exciting! You look great and I love the heart around the belly picture!
Are those maternity pjs? If so, they are darling! Your belly button will almost disappear before that sweet baby arrives! The things our bodies do while pregnant are so funny!
love the little heart around your little one
So cute...I don't know why it's October 10th and your post just now showed up? I knew it wasn't like you to wait so long for a new post. Anyway, I love the picture and I can't wait to see you at Homecoming! Are you going to the Beehive dinner?
bananas didn't work for me...but maybe they'll help you out! i would stretch every night before bed, and that helped some...but not completely
I work with Abbe and enjoy reading your blog! I really liked this post about the goods of pregnancy! I personally enjoy the 2nd half of pregnancy best! Surprise babies are the best--I'm having my second surprise a few weeks after you!
